Email pirsquare.yash+catchline@gmail.com. If a cue looks wrong, say which lift and what you think the real fault was; that is the most useful mail we get.
My video would not upload
Catchline can only send videos that are on this phone. If a video lives only in iCloud, the app asks Photos to download it first, and a long one can time out. Open the video in the Photos app so it downloads fully, then import it again. Keep clips short: just the reps, filmed side-on with the whole bar or rig in frame. If the app says the clip is too long, trim it on the review screen and send it again; the original stays on your phone.
The analysis is taking a long time
Most lifts come back in two to three minutes. When the queue is busy the app shows how many lifts are ahead of you. Tap Notify me and put the phone down; you get a push notification the moment the cue is ready, and nothing is lost if you leave the screen. If a lift never comes back, it is marked as failed and the video is returned to your allowance within 24 hours. Email us if it is not.
My subscription or founding purchase does not show
Open the plans screen in the app and tap Restore. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so make sure the phone is signed in to the same one you bought with. Cancelling, changing or refunding a subscription happens in your App Store settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions), not in the app.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to You, then Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. Your lifts, cues and stills are removed, and any remaining stills are swept from storage within 24 hours. This cannot be undone. An active subscription must be cancelled separately in App Store settings. To take a copy first, use You, then What is stored, then Export all my data.
